WHAT ARE OUR CAPABILITIES

We are able to calibrate from -100 kPa, through to very low pressures around zero and through up to 2000 bar in gauge measurement mode or Absolute measurement mode.

Many labs may say the same, but look closer and compare their best measurement capabilities As found in their IANZ Scope of accreditation - One of the core values and has what has driven CPS over the past 30+ years is to be best in what we do and we have achieved it.

HOW DO WE DO IT

We do this with a very extensive range of pressure calibration equipment, from our own invented pressure calibrator calibrating boiler pressure gauges through to a fully automated piston gauge running in full vacuum calibrating other labs high-pressure calibrators. Only CPS can say this. If you use someone else for your current pressure calibration needs there reference gear has probably been calibrated by CPS.

The breath and depth of our calibration equipment is unparalleled - with few labs anywhere in the world having the same capabilities.

We have multiple stations running the Fluke Compass for pressure software allowing automated calibration of intelligent devices from manufactures like Fluke, Crystal Engineering and Beamex.

Many of these stations cross over in their capabilities allowing us to carry out your pressure calibrations pretty much on the same day your device arrives at one of our labs. Plus giving us resilience when one is tied up or itself being calibrated.

Having 5 Technicians carrying out pressure calibrations adds to this ability so we can turnaround your equipment to meet your requirements but at the same time to the highest of accuracy and traceability.

All our pressure calibrations come under our IANZ scope of accreditation so you can have confidence that we know what we are doing and that the equipment we are using is fit for purpose.
